1-day training courses
Option 1: Prepare to Attract; includes developing a people plan, considering employer reputation, networking and head-hunting.
Employing the right person for your business is increasingly challenging. This course will enable delegates to:
Produce an HR plan in line with your business purpose and strategy to predict your people requirement and develop your current team.
Understanding what candidates (vets/nurses etc) are looking for in a veterinary practice job and how you prepare your business process to meet those needs.
Build a reputation and raise awareness of your practice to attract new team members.
Network like a recruitment consultancy so when your key surgeon/head nurse leaves you have contacts to help you fill the vacancy.
Our logo says it all. Attracting future employees begins
long before active recruitment.
When a vacancy arises, fair, effective and efficient recruitment provides the
solid base from which to support and improve team retention.
